At Urdu Novel Hub we want every client to feel fully confident before spending a single rupee. That is why we follow a simple and transparent rule. Your placement goes live first and you only pay after seeing it live on the website yourself. This refund policy explains our complete payment and refund terms clearly.

How Our Payment System Works

Unlike most platforms, Urdu Novel Hub does not ask for advance payment. All placements go live first and payment is only collected after your ad is live. Once your placement is confirmed, it goes live within 48 hours and you pay within 24 hours after seeing it live on the website yourself. In case of any technical delay on our end, your placement will go live within 72 hours maximum.

Since you only pay after your placement is already live and verified by you, all payments are non-refundable once collected.

Advertising Placement Plans

All advertising placement plans including footer, post body, sidebar, and header placements are digital services. Once your placement is live and payment is collected, it is non-refundable. The placement position cannot be changed or replaced after your confirmation and payment. However content updates such as cover image, novel name, description, and link can be requested anytime with no revision limit and no time restriction.

If your placement does not go live within the stated 72 hour maximum due to a fault on our end, you are not required to make any payment and the placement will either be extended at no cost or cancelled at your choice.

Author Listing Plan

The author listing plan follows the same trust first approach. The complete process works as follows. You contact us on WhatsApp, provide your author bio and content, submit at least one novel for through our free novel submission form, and we then refine and SEO optimize your content, create your author page and category, and upload your novel. You only pay within 24 hours after everything is live and visible on the website.

Once payment is collected after your listing is live, it is non-refundable. Your author page and category remain permanently on Urdu Novel Hub with no monthly renewal required.

Bundle Discount Purchases

Save 30% on bundle of 2 or more plans

If you purchased a bundle of 2 or more placement plans and one of the placements cannot be delivered due to a fault on our end, you will not be charged for the undelivered placement. Since payment is collected only after placements go live, you simply will not pay for anything that is not delivered.
