Urdu Novel Hub does not own the novels published on this platform unless they were originally created for us.
Novel submission
Authors who submit novels to Urdu Novel Hub confirm that the submitted work is their original creation and that they have full rights to publish it. By submitting a novel you give Urdu Novel Hub permission to publish it on our platform for free public reading. Urdu Novel Hub reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet our content guidelines.
Advertising and Paid Services
Authors and publishers who purchase advertising plans or author listing packages on Urdu Novel Hub agree to the following terms:
All placements go live first and payment is only collected after your ad is live. Once your placement is confirmed, it goes live within 48 hours and you pay within 24 hours after seeing it live on the website yourself. In case of any technical delay on our end, your placement will go live within 72 hours maximum.
Urdu Novel Hub reserves the right to reject any novel or content that violates our content guidelines even after the placement has gone live. Once payment is received, the placement position cannot be changed or replaced. However content updates such as cover image, novel name, description, and link can be requested anytime with no revision limit.
Refund Policy
Since Urdu Novel Hub offers digital advertising services and author listing plans, all payments are non-refundable once collected after the placement goes live. Payment is due within 24 hours of the placement going live. If a placement does not go live within the stated 72 hour maximum due to a fault on our end, a full refund will be provided. For any payment disputes please contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp or our contact page.
Prohibited use
You may not use Urdu Novel Hub to share, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content and block any user who violates these terms without prior notice.
Intellectual property
The Urdu Novel Hub name, logo, design, and original content are the intellectual property of Urdu Novel Hub. You may not use our branding or design without written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after any update means you accept the revised terms.
