Every author or user who submits a novel to Urdu Novel Hub confirms at the time of submission that the work is their own original creation and that they hold full rights to publish it. How to Report a Copyright Violation
If you are an author, publisher, or authorized rights holder and believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately with the following information.
Your full name and contact details. The complete title and author name of the content in question. The exact URL of the page on our website where the infringing content appears. A clear statement confirming that you are the original rights holder or are legally authorized to act on their behalf. Your preferred resolution which can be content removal, credit correction, or any other reasonable request.
You can submit your complaint through our Contact Us page or directly on WhatsApp. Please use the subject line “Copyright Complaint” so our team can prioritize your request immediately.
How We Handle Complaints
Once we receive a valid and complete copyright complaint our team will review it within 48 hours. If the complaint is found to be valid, the content will be removed from our platform immediately and the author or user who submitted it will be notified. If the complaint requires additional verification we will contact you within the same 48 hour window to request any further information needed. We aim to resolve every legitimate copyright complaint as quickly and transparently as possible.
Repeat Offenders
Urdu Novel Hub maintains a strict zero tolerance policy against repeat copyright violations. Any author or user who repeatedly submits content that infringes the copyright of others will be permanently banned from our platform with no option for reinstatement. We take the protection of original creative work very seriously and will not allow our platform to be misused in any way that harms authors or rights holders.
